Working principle of solar traffic lights

Solar traffic lights are powered by solar panels, which are fast to install and easy to move. It is applicable to newly built intersections with large traffic flow and urgent need of new traffic signal command, and can meet the needs of emergency power outage, power restriction and other emergencies. The solar panel generates electric energy by sunlight, and the battery is charged by the controller. The controller has the functions of anti reverse connection, anti reverse charge, anti over discharge, anti overcharge, overload and short-circuit automatic protection, and has the characteristics of automatic identification of day and night, automatic voltage detection, automatic battery protection, easy installation, no pollution, etc. The battery discharges the annunciator, transmitter, receiver and signal lamp through the controller.

After the preset mode of the annunciator is adjusted, the generated signal is sent to the transmitter. The wireless signal generated by the transmitter is transmitted intermittently. Its transmission frequency and intensity comply with the relevant regulations of the National Radio Regulatory Commission, and will not interfere with the wired and radio devices around the use environment. At the same time, it ensures that the transmitted signal has a strong ability to resist the interference of strong magnetic fields (high-voltage transmission lines, automotive sparks). After receiving the wireless transmission signal, the receiver controls the light source of the signal light to realize that the red, yellow and green lights work according to the preset mode. When the wireless transmission signal is abnormal, the yellow flashing function can be realized.
Wireless transmission mode is adopted. On the four signal lights at each intersection, only the annunciator and transmitter need to be set on the light pole of one signal light. When the annunciator of one signal light sends a wireless signal, the receivers on the four signal lights at the intersection can receive the signal and make corresponding changes according to the preset mode. Therefore, there is no need to lay cables between the light poles.
