Definition of traffic countdown timer
1. Learning type countdown timer: literally, the countdown timer needs to be “learned”, so the countdown of the first two cycles is not displayed. The countdown of the first cycle is in the “learning” stage, and the second cycle is in the “proofreading” stage (whether it is completely consistent with the first cycle). If there is no problem with the proofreading, the countdown of the third cycle begins.
2. Pulse type countdown timer: literally, when the countdown is required, the controller will send a pulse signal. When the pulse signal is sent, the signal light will flash. At the same time, the countdown timer starts to count down.
3. Communication type countdown timer: literally, the controller will send a 485 signal to the countdown, communicate once per second or once per signal cycle, and the numbers displayed in the countdown are all determined by the controller. For the communication type countdown, when the 485 signal is sent, the signal light will not flash.
Requirements for the appearance of traffic countdown timers
1. The inner and outer surfaces of the traffic countdown timer housing should be smooth and flat, and should not have defects such as dents, scratches, cracks, deformations and burrs;
2. The surface of the traffic countdown timer housing should have a strong anti-rust and anti-corrosion plating (coating);
3. The rotating parts of the traffic countdown timer should be flexible and the fastening parts should not be loose;
4. The display unit and the traffic countdown timer housing should be tightly connected and not loose. The display unit should be sealed and the sealing surface should be flat;
5. The door of the traffic countdown timer chassis should be easy to open and the opening angle should be greater than 80°.
